Policy on personal data processing
For the purpose of organization of processing and protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 07, 2021 No. 99-З "On protection of personal data" a policy of Gomselmash OJSC regarding processing of personal data was developed.
The Policy determines the main purposes and legal grounds for personal data processing, categories of subjects and volume of processed personal data, general order, principles and conditions of personal data processing, rights of personal data subjects, Gomselmash OJSC (hereinafter referred to as Gomselmash) obligations in processed personal data.
