Branch of JSC "Gomselmash" For more than thirty years, it has been holding a strong position in the top three manufacturers of tools and equipment in the Republic of Belarus.

Initially, the plant of special tools and technological equipment was part of the Gomselmash Production Association and was its workshops, providing tools and technological equipment for the production of the first domestic combines. On March 26, 1985, the Gomel plant SIiTO was transferred to full independence with the rights of a legal entity. The branch of JSC Gomselmash  Gomel plant of special tools and technological equipment today it is a powerful production workshops equipped with modern equipment designed for production of highly complex products. Tool shop No. 1 specializes in the production of molds, foundry equipment, hot dies, spare parts for dies and measuring tools. In the tool shop No. 2, cold dies, welding and mechanical devices are produced. Workshop No. 3 specializes in the production of metal-cutting tools. Forging and thermal shop carries out the production of blanks and heat treatment of products.

The use of modern machining centers, machines with electroerosive processing of materials allows us to fulfill the most complex orders with an accuracy of manufacturing equipment and tools from 0.01 to 0.005 mm in a short time and with a high level of quality.

Currently, there is not a single modern Gomel agricultural machine or unit, technological equipment and tools for the production of which would not be manufactured by our enterprise. Today, more than 1,000 items of tooling are produced for Gomselmash Holding, which is about 30% of the total scope of work.

The scope of the plant's activity is not limited to the production of only tool-oriented products, the plant produced and has the ability to manufacture machines for processing flax, units for the gas industry, and non-standard equipment. At the request of the customer, it can produce the development of the necessary technical documentation at a high quality level using the PRO/Engineer CAD/CAM system.

In recent years, electroerosive, grinding, milling, turning machines from Switzerland, Germany and Italy have appeared on the production facilities of the plant, which allow for high precision in the manufacture of tooling and tools. In particular, these are such well-known world-class brands as Arthur Klink, Hermle, Scmetz, Robofil, Kellenberger, Reform, Deckel-Maho (DMG), Sharmiles technology (Roboform, Robofil).

New modern equipment provides significant advantages not only in terms of quality, but also allows you to significantly reduce the time of tool manufacturing and thereby increase volumes.

Currently, the Gomel plant of special tools and industrial equipment employs more than 800 people who are highly qualified specialists in the field of tool and equipment production.

Product certification testifies to its impeccably high quality and gives confidence to customers. The company has developed and implemented a quality management system according to ISO 9001, aimed at producing high-quality and competitive technological equipment and tools that meet the requirements of domestic and foreign consumers.

Our company closely cooperates with companies from Russia, Kazakhstan. For a number of years, active cooperation has been carried out with such flagships of the domestic industry as the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant, the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant, the Grodno Cardan Shaft Plant, BelAZ, BZTDA, and many other enterprises. The priority direction for the plant is to increase exports. Enterprises of the Russian Federation are strategic export destinations. Among our major foreign customers are enterprises of the railway and agricultural engineering, holdings of the defense complex of the Russian Federation.
